The Washington room was the original master bedroom to
the Ivie Estate. The room originally extended to the end of the hallway
and the Monroe room served as the foyer for the elevator service to the
2nd floor. The Washington room is the only room in the inn which
boasts silver light fixtures. A king size hammered metal bed
compliments the silver light fixtures, and an antique dresser, night
table, and matching armoire complete the room. The Bathroom contains an
original six-foot long soaking tub and a separate walk in shower.
