The Madison Room boasts mahogany woodwork throughout. The
famed inventor Thomas Edison slept here. Edison visited the family
frequently and gave the original electric stove located in the library
to the family in 1924. The original owners manual is still with it! The
hand carved queen size mahogany bed was acquired through an auction of
the Kennedy Estate. The round turreted area is a unique feature of this
Tudor Style Mansion; even the glass in the windows is curved! At this
time the bathroom has a walk in shower making it perfect for guests who
prefer only a shower, or might have difficulty with a step in
tub/shower.
