Cancellation policy
For reservations received 30 days prior to arrival date, a check deposit equal to one nights lodging is required. Cancellations received more than 14 days in advance will receive full refund of any deposited monies less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to reservation will be subject to a charge equal to one night's lodging per room reserved. Two or Three night Minimum stay may be required during holiday weekends and fall foliage.
