The Adams room is unique from any other room in the inn. The round turreted area with curved glass and woodwork of birds-eye maple are just a few of the special features this room has to offer. A wonderful queen size bed and matching armoire complete the picture. Original light fixtures exemplify the influence of the Art Deco period. The bathroom contains original pink fixtures imported from Europe. The tub is six feet in length, and the pedestal sink weighs almost 200 pounds. Barbara Hutton and Cary Grant spent a part of their honeymoon in this very room. However, she firmly believed that visiting New Hampshire once was more than enough and never returned!
